Formerly known as Frank Battle Home Designs, We Plan Homes is a residential architectural design company based out of Buford, Georgia with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We are proud to have survived the 2006 economic crash by working closely with our customers, and keeping cost and value engineering in mind.
What sets us aside from other residential designers is our willingness to work with our customers on changes to stock house plans without breaking your bank. We create an electronic relationship with our customers to make changes as needed.
Our specialty is "value engineered" home design. We eliminate as much wasted space as possible making our house plans easier to build and more cost efficient. In order to accomplish this, we box up the sides and rears of our plans while keeping the front creative with a stylish curb appeal. We have found that many customers appreciate this kind of architectural design, and we are confident that you will too!
